THE TERRACES, PADDINGTON
PRESBYTERIAN AGED CARE
Revisiting the award-winning project completed over serval stages at Presbyterian Aged Care, The Terraces. A stunning, interior-designed,
purpose-built, residential care home located in Paddington.

THE SCOPE
Completed in 2019 over 3 stages, the Reillys team worked across 79 independent Living units, including 9 units within the heritage listed Scottish Hospital and multiple community spaces. As well as the full fit out of a 100 bed Residential Aged Care Facility.

FEATURED REILLYS PRODUCTS
- Throughout the various buildings we have installed an array of products including, roller blinds, sheer curtains and bedspreads in the resident rooms, double tracks and curtains throughout the common areas and roller blinds in the various staff areas.

- Acoustic sheer curtains were successful in decreasing the noise and echo of the main entrance of the Stephen Street building.

- Throughout the modern independent living units, Reillys have added single sheer curtains and motorised roller blinds with Connexoon system for integration to devices for easy operation. The communal areas included theater curtains in the heritage Scottish Hospital building.

- Working closely with Gilmore Interiors, achieved a modern fit out sympathetic to the heritage features of the building, including motorised roller blinds and heavy and sheer curtains on a tube slider track as a modern take on a traditional style rod for timeless elegance.
